August Allebé's butterflies

The Buttterflies, 1871, August Allebé

August Allebé, a Dutch painter, is not very known and it is hard to find reproductions of his work and information about him.
He went to Paris and was influenced by impressionism.

I did chose him to welcome August he who was one of Mondrian's teacher at the State Academy of Amsterdam.
I hope more of his work is available because it seems to that he has a kind of serious view on some subjects and I would like to check it.
